Pre-requisites :
？ 5+ years experience in telecommunication fields.
？ Rich radio planning and optimization experience in 3G/LTE systems.
？ Familiar with KPI analysis and mass data analysis.
？ Familiar with In-Building-Solution, indoor coverage design and implimentation.
Familiar with CAD and DAS design software.
？ Excellent communication/presentation skills.
？ Excellent oral, reading and writing English.
？ Creative thinking and customer-oriented mindsets.
？ Fast learning ability and passionate for new technologies.
？ Travel is a must to support multiple projects.
Responsibilities :
？ Leverage the front-line practices of small cell products to support and manage the relevant product/solution promotion, trials more effectively.
？ Tracking new technologies and solutions such as ‘precise coverage planning’, ‘scenario-based deep coverage solution’, ‘system 3D modeling and simulation’, ‘small cell’, ’NICE’, ‘HetNet planning’, etc.
？ Customer communication and presentations on new solutions/products promotion.
？ Support RSO on relevant researches, guidelines, and instruct related deliveries.
？ Focus on marketing support and project initiation, and cooperate with SE/PdM/R&D and local project management team.
